At CueCraft Consulting, we believe that authentic craft barbecue is built on knowledge, discipline, consistency, and respect for the fire. Our mission is to educate, develop, and mentor pitmasters, restaurant owners, catering teams, food truck operators, and barbecue enthusiasts in the art and science of traditional wood-fired barbecue using offset smokers.

CueCraft Consulting was founded on the principle that great barbecue is never an accident. It is the result of understanding every stage of the process—from selecting the highest-quality proteins to serving perfectly sliced meat with confidence. We don’t teach shortcuts; we teach proven systems that produce exceptional barbecue time after time.

Our specialty is traditional offset smoker cooking, where fire management is the foundation of everything. Mastering a live wood fire is what separates average barbecue from championship-quality barbecue. We train our clients to understand how every split of wood, every coal bed, every airflow adjustment, and every temperature change affects flavor, bark development, smoke quality, fat rendering, tenderness, and the final product.
